let's eat: tuna and duck

we're taking advantage of our jobless season by goofing off. how nice to spend your time malling in the middle of the afternoon in the middle of the week! we aimlessly wandered power plant mall and did other errands around town. and for lunch we had our new favorite sandwich: a tuna melt with provolone cheese from elbert's cheesesteak sandwiches. best with fries and a coke zero. only P200! so goooood...
full disclosure: OK we have to admit that the hubby owns elbert's cheesesteak sandwiches and elbert's steak room. but we also have to admit that we're not much of a meat eater. we've given up pork and we're not much for big juicy steaks. we're, er, dainty eaters. so what do we eat when we're at the steak room? our other favorite: duck confit. so goooood...
and today we got to eat both our favorites! mm-mm-mmm...
