the handbag diaries: levi's curve ID jeans launch

hello there! the fash pack's brain is still on vacation right now, so this week we continue with our guest blogger: our handbag, which we take with us wherever we go. the handbag diaries continue...

this morning my human had her first appointment with a personal trainer. i have a feeling it's because she was going to attend this levi's launch tonight. and she was told that she was going to be measured for jeans, hee-hee... good luck! we got to the picasso boutique serviced residences just in time for the "levi's bachelorette party" (kasi girls only). we were ushered into one of the suites where some of the early birds were already fitting their jeans and being shot for their befores and afters...
there's heidi getting measured!
there's isha trying on her jeans!
there's rorie who found her perfect size and style!
apparently this is a new innovation of levi's wherein finding the perfect pair of jeans is no longer about just your usual size or waist measurement, but also about your body shape. levi's narrowed it down to three basic shapes: slight curve, which is more slim and boyish; demi curve, which is more or less the typical shape of a woman's body; and bold curve, which are bodies that are curvier and, er, womanly. they call it new custom fits for women.
after my human got herself measured (hee-hee), she went through countless fittings, oh em gee!! she couldn't decide what body curve she was (oh please, you're not payat, ok) and what fit she wanted (skinny, straight, boot-cut) and what wash (dark, faded)... too many choices!! haay i was sweating in that fitting room and i don't even have any sweat glands! she finally made her choice and just in time too since it was getting pretty crowded in that room. we transferred to the loft, where the schmoozing was in full swing...
then just like any bachelorette party, the stripper boys made an appearance! ay naka-jeans and plaid shirt, eww!
but i spoke too soon...
because they stripped down to their levi's skivvies! uy printed, my human must like this, hee-hee... (kasi naka-printed, not because of... ahem ;-)

I have been waiting all summer for Levi to release these jeans. If you havent heard about them yet you should search for them online because they sound terrific. I didnt know that something like this was even possible to make.
