it's been a while since we'd last eaten at HEAT, the all-day dining restaurant (IOW buffet) at edsa shangri-la. well, now is a good time to go as any as they launch spice adventures, their indian food festival. it starts tomorrow march 25 till april 3. let's eat!
bhuna methi gosht (lamb and fenugreek leaves):
lamb seek kebab (minced lamb):
prawns malai curry (prawns, coconut milk, cashew):
and you can't eat any of this without rice!! there goes the lenten sacrifice!!
kudos to the chefs who were flown in from shangri-la's eros hotel, new delhi:
they were flown in courtesy of philippine airlines, which will next month bring edsa shang's chefs to shang new delhi for a filipino food fest! how's that for cross-promotion?
