the fash pack is back!

without me wanting to or planning to, i suddenly took a hiatus from blogging. my last post was in september 2012! the reason was simple: i couldn't log on to my own blogger account. i don't really know what the problem was, but i think it had to do with how heavy my photo files were. do you now have to pay to be able to blog on blogger? i don't know. but i had been using the safari browser. one day, on a whim, i decided to switch to firefox and voila! i was allowed in. thank you, blogger!!! *sarcastic tone* 'sup with that? 

so why today? for some people who have trouble getting started on the new year, the new year doesn't officially start till chinese new year, which begins tomorrow. for me, the new year officially starts on my birthday. and since my birthday falls early enough in the year, i can get on with my life after i celebrate it. so since yesterday—february 8—was my birthday, my year has officially begun. my own personal fiscal year, so to speak. and this year, i promised myself that i would start blogging again, and start posting regularly. wish me luck!!!
